2. Services
Maison Mareike provides bespoke tailoring, custom garment creation, and clothing alteration services. All garments are made based on client specifications, measurements, and preferences.
3. Appointments
Appointments are required for consultations and fittings. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time or rescheduling.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices vary depending on design, fabric, and complexity. A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment must be completed before delivery or collection of garments.
5. Fabric Policy
For services where fabric is not included, clients are responsible for providing suitable materials. Maison Mareike is not responsible for defects in customer-provided fabrics.
6. Alterations & Fittings
Multiple fittings may be required to ensure the perfect fit. Minor adjustments are included where applicable. Additional changes outside the original request may incur extra charges.
7. Delivery Timelines
Estimated completion times are provided during consultation. While we aim to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Custom-made garments cannot be refunded once completed. Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.
9. Liability
Maison Mareike is not liable for:
- Damage caused after collection
- Improper care or handling by the client
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials on this website remain the property of Maison Mareike and may not be used without permission.
